Ruin Cinema

I co-founded Ruin Cinema with producer Josh Waller to give film a home in Lisbon beyond the multiplex. Ruin will show international, genre and overlooked films that deserve to be seen with an audience. It’s also being built as a place to stay after the credits: somewhere to talk about what you’ve watched, discover what to see next, and meet the people making films in Portugal. Alongside its screenings, Ruin will exist as a regular gathering place for filmmakers and other industry professionals to share ideas, build relationships and find people to collaborate with. I refined the business model and developed a phased launch plan. I also created the brand from scratch and personally designed everything shown here, including the identity and website.
